Responsibilities
- Prepare forms for filing patent applications with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and submit supporting documentation to various Patent Offices using online filing systems
- Draft documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents
- Create and process invoices, including complex billing matters
- Review incoming workflow correspondence to prioritise urgent deadlines
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Work collaboratively across teams
