Responsibilities
- Enhance the usability and design of our digital platforms, focusing on the phs Group website and myphs customer portal
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure optimal integration of UX and CRO strategies
- Analyze user behavior data to identify areas for enhancement and measure the success of design implementations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and CRO
