- You should have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong exposure to Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow development and advanced process automation is essential.
- Strong Apex programming skills and experience with unit testing are required.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including source control (Git), branching, and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is necessary.
- An understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques is a must.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is important.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills are expected.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred).
- Awareness of accessibility standards and testing is desirable.

Responsibilities
- You will build and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, workflows, and automation.
- Developing robust Salesforce Flows and writing clean, scalable Apex code (classes, triggers, components) will be your responsibility.
- You will use DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps to manage deployments, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Operating in an Agile environment, you will manage user stories and tasks in Jira.
- Collaborating with architects, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver on time and to specifications will be key.
- You will maintain technical documentation and contribute to peer reviews and quality control.
- Supporting live Salesforce applications and contributing to continuous improvement will also be part of your role.
