Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience with M365 in an Azure environment
- Knowledge of networking
- Strong customer focus and ability to provide face-to-face technical support
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Support staff on-site with technical issues
- Respond to tickets raised and solve related problems
- Build PCs using the standard company Intune/autopilot process
- Report to the Head of Digital and manage own workload
- Get involved in additional project work as needed
Description
We are a dynamic company located in Yorkshire, seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this full-time on-site role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our staff, addressing their technical issues and contributing to additional projects. We value our employees and offer a supportive work environment. This position is expected to start as soon as possible for an initial duration of 3 months.
