Requirements
Must:
- A-Level or HND level of qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience on a support helpdesk with a variety of technologies (MSP experience is ideal)
- Certifications of technical knowledge
- Working knowledge of a leading firewall vendor (FortiGate ideal)
- MDM skills
- O365 conditional access
- Knowledge of Power BI and PowerShell is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Create scripts to improve cloud deployment and reporting, mainly in SharePoint
- Serve as a dedicated support point for detailed firewall questions
- Ensure a good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools across the team
- Work effectively with external suppliers who deliver elements of our service
- Build trust-based relationships with key customers and customer groups while providing support
- Ensure two-way feedback is developed regarding our products and services, current customer priorities, challenges, and requirements
- Provide strong customer service ethos
- Manage cloud systems
- Update security and network information to reflect changes in infrastructure
- Test and rollout updates to firewalls and routers
- Manage SharePoint creation and privilege management
- Track and remediate compromised accounts
