Requirements
Must:
- Willing to work Night (Rotational Shifts)
- Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices
- MCP or CCNA certifications (desirable)
- VMware or Hyper-V certification (desirable)
- Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS) (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and core systems
- Ensure reliable day-to-day operations
- Provide hands-on support for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
- Follow ITIL framework and service management best practices
