Requirements
Must:
- I require an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with active DV clearance or eligibility to obtain DV clearance.
- You should have experience using configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
- Proficiency in working with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is needed.
- Experience with Terraform is essential.
- You should be familiar with CI/CD processes and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Prometheus or Grafana is important.
- A strong understanding of SQL and Linux administration is necessary, along with shell scripting experience.
- Experience working with AWS EC2, RDS, and S3 is required.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems.
- You will work collaboratively with development and operations teams to implement and automate deployment processes.
- Your role will involve using monitoring and logging tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- You will be expected to manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
- Participation in the design and implementation of scalable systems will also be part of your responsibilities.
Description
We are a growing SME in the Defence industry looking for a skilled SRE to join our team. This role will initially be for 3 months, offering a competitive rate of £550 per day (Outside IR35).
