- Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Independent worker capable of rapid mobilisation
- Experience in Telecommunications and B2B environments
- Familiarity with Digital Portals, CX, and Product Strategy/Implementation
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- Familiarity with SAFe / scaled Agile frameworks (preferred)
- Experience within large telecommunications organisations (highly desirable)
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a new B2B digital portal
- Create a single entry point for B2B customers to improve customer experiences
- Drive a user, customer, and data-driven strategy
- Support the transition from process-led thinking to user needs and goal-driven product strategy
- Utilize insights and prototypes from digital CX assessments for product definition
- Develop and plan roadmaps and features effectively
