Requirements
Must:
I require proven hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within transformation or greenfield environments. A strong understanding of HR processes and their integration with SAP systems is essential. I am looking for someone with solid analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be comfortable working within a hybrid model, balancing onsite and remote work. Additionally, you must be eligible and willing to complete the required BPSS and financial background checks and provide five years of employment references.

In this role, you will plan, design, and execute functional and integration testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will validate integrations between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA systems. It will be important for you to collaborate closely with project teams, functional leads, and technical specialists to ensure quality and consistency throughout the project. You will also identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution and retesting. As part of your responsibilities, you will produce comprehensive test documentation and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.
Description
We are a leading managed service provider supporting a major SAP transformation program for one of our end customers. This position is part of an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation environment, involving a greenfield S/4HANA implementation where SuccessFactors operates as a key HR system integrated into the wider SAP landscape. The contract is based in South Manchester, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite, with a duration of six months, and the IR35 status is inside IR35 with a competitive day rate. The role is expected to start as soon as possible.
