Requirements
Must:
We expect candidates to have extensive experience in a digital leadership role, ideally within the e-commerce space. Proven expertise in managing Shopify stores at scale and proficiency with Google Analytics and SEO best practices are essential. We are looking for strategic thinkers with excellent project management and leadership skills. Additionally, having a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software, familiarity with emerging digital technologies and trends, and experience in coordinating external agencies and paid marketing channels would be considered advantageous. Experience with budget management and ROI reporting, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
You will be developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy to drive growth and forecasting future digital trends while leading digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee all company Shopify websites, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability. Being hands-on with content is part of the role, which includes uploading images, assets, and copy to the sites, as well as managing SEO and generating detailed weekly performance reports for senior management. You will coordinate with agencies on digital marketing campaigns (paid, email, social), troubleshoot website issues, and ensure compliance with legal and security standards. Leading innovation projects to adopt new digital technologies and acting as the main contact for external digital partners while aligning strategies with senior leaders will also be part of your responsibilities. Lastly, overseeing the digital budget and optimizing spending will be critical to your role.
