Whether you come from a fulfilment or technical background, or simply possess a natural instinct to tinker, fix, and improve, we want you on our team. You should thrive on challenges, be able to spot opportunities for improvement, and take pride in keeping systems running at peak performance.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Support individual, you will provide essential support for our automated warehouse management systems. You will be the go-to expert responsible for maintaining smooth operations through proactive maintenance, effective problem-solving, and rapid repairs whenever production halts. In addition to your technical duties, you will also assist users with first-line IT support and contribute to the delivery of IT infrastructure projects.

We are on an ambitious journey to become the most efficient e-commerce fulfilment centre in the UK, and we're looking for someone who is keen to work in our brand-new, state-of-the-art automated fulfilment facility located in Aylesford, Kent. This position is 100% site-based, with working hours from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday. We offer a highly competitive salary along with great benefits.
