We are looking for individuals with experience in providing technical support for WMS systems in a fulfillment or warehouse environment. You should be mechanically minded, tech-savvy, and possess a curious nature. Candidates may come from a fulfillment or technical background, but those with a passion for tinkering, fixing, and improving processes are highly encouraged to apply.

As a Technical Support individual, you will be responsible for providing support for our automated warehouse management systems. You will serve as the go-to expert, ensuring everything runs smoothly through proactive maintenance and quick problem-solving. In addition, you will provide first-line IT support to our users and assist in delivering IT infrastructure projects.

Our brand-new, state-of-the-art fulfillment facility is located in Aylesford, Kent, and this role is 100% site-based. The position offers a highly competitive salary and great benefits, with working hours from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday.
