Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing iManage DMS (on-prem or cloud) within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong track record in product or application ownership, ideally within document management or knowledge systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on user adoption and business outcomes.
- Experience with Litera tools (e.g., Docs, Compare, or Metadact) would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product lead for iManage, guiding its roadmap, functionality, and integrations.
- Partner with stakeholders across practice groups to capture requirements and translate them into impactful improvements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including SLAs, releases, and product lifecycles.
- Champion adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize user engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with teams across Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security to ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze performance metrics and user data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and business value.
