We are looking for an experienced .Net (C#) Developer who is interested in taking on a Lead/Senior Software Engineering role within our growing SaaS product company. You should have solid experience in .Net 8 (C#) at a senior or lead level, and any exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, V0, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, etc. would be a plus, but it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical skills around .Net 8 and assist our CTO directly with the adoption of the latest Gen’ AI/LLM development tools. You will act as a technical lead and mentor to a small development team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Description
We are a growing UK software company, recently invested in and transitioning from offshore back to onshore operations. The position is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with a hybrid working model that allows for 2 to 3 days per week in the office. We offer a salary range of £65K - £75K, along with a benefits package. You will have the full support of an Agile Scrum Master and an excellent technical product team, including full stack software engineers. Good commutes are available from areas such as Oxford, Bicester, Warwick, Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, and Reading.
