Requirements
Must:
- Solid foundation in day-to-day IT support
- Experience with Windows 11 and basic macOS
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Comfort managing user accounts and password resets
- Experience supporting email and collaboration tools (Exchange, video conferencing platforms)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
- Skills in connecting users to Wi-Fi or VPN
- Ability to set up and configure new devices with necessary software
- Experience with IT ticketing systems
- Knowledge of data storage tools (OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Basic understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS)
- Mobile device support for iOS or Android is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to person for colleagues needing technical help
- Respond to IT queries and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively
- Support a range of technology across the business
- Configure laptops and desktops for new starters
