Must:
We are looking for an experienced 2nd or 3rd line technical support engineer who is eager to advance their career within a large and rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). Ideal candidates should have experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Operating Systems, as well as virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud technologies like Office 365 and Azure is essential. We also value your experience in leading installations of servers and networks, along with your ability to make proactive decisions in ICT emergencies. Outstanding customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently while effectively planning and organizing your time are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage 2nd and 3rd line technical support, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service. You’ll also have opportunities to support and mentor 1st and 2nd line support roles. Additionally, you will undertake project work, leading various projects from inception through to implementation. Internal network support and staff training may be required as part of your responsibilities.
