Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT hardware technician with exposure to Multi-Functional Devices (MFD), including printing, scanning, and copying devices. A full UK Driving License is required for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
As a field-based Hardware Engineer, you will visit customers daily, performing both reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a variety of equipment. You will need to resolve technical faults, advise customers, manage stock levels, complete accurate reports, and maintain close contact with our call center. You will also be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will train customers on the use of equipment while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
Description
We offer an excellent salary of £30,000 per annum and provide a company car. This is a permanent position with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal location for candidates is in the South West region, preferably living in Bristol, Gloucester, or Swindon.
