Must:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in working with data, systems, and Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Availability to work full-time (5 days per week) from the Birmingham City Centre office
- Previous ERP experience is not required; full training and support will be provided
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a new ERP system
- Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts, project managers, and operational teams
- Assist in the successful implementation and embedding of the new system across the organisation
Description
We are recruiting a number of interim Graduate Support Officers to join a major ERP implementation programme for a large organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in HR, IT, or Finance to gain hands-on experience working on a high-profile, large-scale transformation programme. We offer 5-month interim contracts, circa £20 per hour, and valuable experience in a collaborative, fast-paced programme environment focused on HR, Finance, and IT transformation activities.
