Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of a predicted 2:2 grade in a relevant degree discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other STEM subjects)
- Passionate about engineering
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for problem solving and driving issues to conclusion
- Able to work independently on complex tasks
- Big-picture thinking to approach problems as a whole
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to interact with subject matter experts
- Confidence to challenge and respond to technical or process issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work
Responsibilities
- Use technical expertise to solve problems, generate ideas, and be proactive within the team
- Develop and apply academic knowledge across the engineering lifecycle, meeting performance targets
- Collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines to address challenges
- Gain practical skills in engineering design, development, and verification for complex solutions
- Complete tasks to a high standard in accordance with processes and procedures
- Engage actively in engineering process improvement
