Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with exposure to data-driven products. - Strong understanding of what constitutes a data product and how these can be leveraged for analytics, ML, or AI. - High-level understanding of machine learning lifecycle (not as a data scientist, but able to manage projects involving ML). - SQL proficiency - able to query and analyse data to make evidence-based product decisions. - Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate data into insights. - Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical teams alike. - Proactive, resilient, and curious mindset — eager to learn and adapt in a fast-moving cyber landscape. - Experience in the cybersecurity domain (nice to have). - Exposure to anomaly detection or behavioural analytics use cases (nice to have). - Previous work in a technical product management role within large-scale enterprise environments (nice to have).

Responsibilities

- Own and drive the product strategy for the Cyber Data Platform. - Define, build, and evolve data products that enable analytics, ML, and AI use cases in cyber security. - Partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and cyber security teams — speaking their language without needing to be hands-on technical. - Translate complex cyber data challenges (e.g., user behavioural anomaly detection) into product solutions. - Ensure products are data-driven through SQL querying, data analysis, and insight generation. - Use data visualisation and storytelling (via tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) to communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Lead the product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and optimisation of cyber data products. - Proactively manage a wide set of stakeholders, balancing competing demands and building resilient, trust-based relationships.
