Requirements
Must:
- Significant industry experience using C#, Java or C++
- Expert in designing and building reliable and scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Extensive experience of source code management systems such as Bitbucket, Gitlab or GitHub
- Experience designing green-field projects with robust design principles
- Good knowledge of databases and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS)
- Comfortable getting involved with multiple projects simultaneously, owning tools such as JIRA for project management
- Previous experience managing high performing teams
- Proven track record establishing best development practices
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the infrastructure and tech stack, how the two integrate and be able to dive into specific areas of the stack when required
- Designing and maintaining our overall CI/CD pipelines
- Identify underlying structural issues, leveraging knowledge and experience to suggest and deliver actionable solutions
- Scope to continuously suggest, test and execute new ideas into production
- Develop clear knowledge and understanding of TH’s developer workflow within all teams and how they interact to provide guidance and solutions across all projects
- Set clear team and individual objectives aligned to business goals
- Keep production functioning and stable to ensure customer SLAs are met
