Responsibilities
- I ensure customers receive an easy, memorable, and valued service via email, telephone, and in-product conversations.
- I seek to understand how customers use our products and proactively offer guidance to help them maximize the value from our suite of products.
- I am a natural problem-solver.
- I maintain accurate records of inquiries within Salesforce to ensure timely and precise resolution of issues and customer queries.
- I provide emergency support out of hours on a rotational basis after the initial onboarding period.
- I utilize software tools to thoroughly investigate, test, and replicate customer issues to identify causes of problems.
- I work with connected technology providers to effectively implement integrated solutions or resolve issues affecting customers.
- I research and understand app log files and identify user behavior to help diagnose issues.
- I document and share workarounds or key steps on how to use features via our Help and Support Centre and with wider customer-facing teams.
