Responsibilities

As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of our Service Team, taking ownership of technical issues and ensuring our clients receive fast, clear, and effective support. Your tasks will include: - Diagnosing and resolving 2nd line issues via remote support - Working with clients to fully understand and recreate problems - Escalating complex issues to 3rd line colleagues when necessary - Monitoring open tickets and driving them through to resolution - Supporting a diverse range of clients, infrastructures, and technologies - Occasionally visiting customer sites (but no daily travel!) Every day will bring something different – no two networks, clients, or challenges will be the same. ###
