Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven experience as an ICT Solutions Analyst, Technology Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a similar role in IT, preferably within the public sector or social housing. You should have experience working with cloud-based technologies and mobile solutions for field workers. A strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software relevant to social housing operations, such as housing management systems and tenant engagement platforms, is essential. You should also hold ITIL Foundation and Agile certifications. An education to A-level standard is required, and a degree or equivalent is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I want you to drive digital transformation and optimize our technology systems. You will focus on existing IT infrastructure, identifying technology needs, and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery, tenant engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology aligns with our business goals and meets the evolving needs of tenants and staff. Your tasks will include assessing current IT systems and infrastructure, gathering and documenting technology requirements, and ensuring the smooth integration of housing management systems and mobile workforce solutions. You will also support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data from housing management systems, focusing on key metrics such as tenant satisfaction, rent arrears, and repairs, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity standards.
