Requirements
Must:
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Management, Sales, Campaigns, Marketing, Products in CRM 7.0
- Comprehensive understanding of CRM / ISU integration
- Experience on multiple CRM 7 / ISU projects
- Familiarity with all phases of project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation, and training
- Solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills
- Knowledge of CRM BOL / GENIL concepts and OO programming concepts used in SAP CRM 7
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM ISU Data Model
- BSP configuration and design skills
- Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 is a plus
Responsibilities
- Attend requirements workshops and assist the business in the blueprint phase
- Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM 7
- Prepare functional specifications
- Complete system configuration
- Liaise closely with the ABAP team during the build phase
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
- Prepare and manage all elements of testing
- Work alongside delivery leads and architects to identify and manage risks

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person work just one day a week. You will play a crucial role in supporting critical business functions within the utilities sector.
