Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in C# with expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus
- Deep hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
- Solid understanding of user-centred design (UCD), accessibility standards (WCAG), and information architecture
- Strong ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen new and existing client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and increased sales
- Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs
- Maintain accurate client records and make updates in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales manager and other internal teams to develop strategic sales and marketing plans
- Ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients
