Requirements

Must:
- Strong technical understanding of common IT infrastructure and cloud solutions used in MSP environments. - Proven project leadership and management skills. - Excellent attention to detail and task management abilities. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt materials for various audiences. - Ability to balance technical and business requirements to produce accurate project plans and estimates. - Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills (desirable). - Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- I will manage projects and programs from planning to production, ensuring adherence to governance and delivery standards. - I will collaborate with technical teams to develop project plans, define requirements, and plan project lifecycle deployment. - I will develop risk mitigation and contingency strategies. - I will plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. - I will demonstrate strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. - I will manage and schedule engineering resources to ensure successful project delivery. - I will ensure all project documentation, resourcing, and approvals are completed at each phase of the project lifecycle. - I will manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication between clients and teams. - I will coordinate third-party suppliers and partners in project delivery. - I will maintain risk registers and issue logs for all projects, ensuring they are up to date. - I will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with approved project plans. - I will oversee the handover of completed projects to the Service Desk, including documentation, configurations, licenses, and key contacts. - I will verify that project invoicing is accurate and includes any ongoing costs. - I will ensure all projects meet company quality standards. - I will support the continuous improvement of internal project management frameworks and methodologies. - I will contribute to company profitability through efficient project delivery. - I will maintain decision logs and meeting minutes for client interactions. - I will support the development of technical work instructions and reusable project templates. - I will participate in technical reviews of project proposals to validate solution accuracy, effort, and costing. - I will capture and document lessons learned, providing feedback to improve future projects.
