Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Good understanding of infrastructure, networks, and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication, patience, and diplomacy
- Ability to write clear documentation
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence

- Computing degree or formal IT qualifications
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, bash, Regex)
- Linux or PHP/LAMP experience
- AWS experience
- Familiarity with full-stack development

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our core infrastructure, servers, and networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Diagnose and resolve end-user issues via our ticketing system, using insights to proactively improve our systems
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, AWS-hosted services, and Linux-based web servers
- Maintain security policies, support Cyber Essentials Plus compliance, run phishing simulations, and monitor alerts
- Support the Operations Director in producing and delivering internal IT training, while maintaining the asset register and IT documentation
- Develop, test, and manage robust backup and disaster recovery procedures
