Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years in BI, commercial analytics, FP&A, or retail analytics
- Degree in Data/Analytics, Economics, Business or similar (Masters a plus)
- Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, ETL, dashboards)
- Strong SQL, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Own the Power BI ecosystem: End-to-end management of data models, dashboards, ETL pipelines, and governance
- Build and maintain cross-functional dashboards covering sales performance, operations, and financial metrics
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and translate data into strategic recommendations
- Analyze order book, inventory, and sell-through to improve forecasting, pricing, and stock efficiency
- Oversee ERP data accuracy, inventory tracking, and reporting consistency
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive commercial outcomes
- Assist senior stakeholders with reporting, analysis, and business reviews
