Trust IT Support Engineer

- Right to work in the UK. - Minimum 1 year of IT support experience in a corporate or educational environment. - Alternatively, suited to someone having just completed an IT apprenticeship in an Education or corporate IT Service Desk/MSP setting. - Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (hardware, software, networking, and server technologies). - Experience supporting: - Microsoft 365 - Active Directory - Windows Server (including File & Print Services, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, etc.) - Windows 10/11 (intermediate to advanced support) - PC hardware repairs (laptops and desktops) - Audio/Visual systems (Smartboards, projectors, visualisers, speaker systems, etc.) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Proactive and team-oriented approach. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on day-to-day activities. - Full UK driving licence and own vehicle insured for business use (business mileage paid at HMRC rates). - Offer of employment dependent on passing Enhanced DBS checks (funded by us). - Relocation assistance not offered.
