Requirements
Must:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IAM or IT field
- University degree preferred in addition to relevant experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
Responsibilities
- Overseeing assigned operational tasks to completion
- Identifying, creating and developing documentation for group
- Supporting the growth of the business through various projects
- Following group/firm policies and procedures
- Identifying potential process improvements and recommending solutions
- Identifying elevations and routes appropriately
- Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential information assets
- Coordinating with teams in Technology and the Business Units as an IAM representative and completing work items in the required timeline
- Representing Firm risk to Technology and the Business Units
