Requirements
Must:
- I have expertise in software engineering best practices and experience across the full development lifecycle and tech stack.
- I am proficient in Kotlin, Java, SpringBoot, and AWS.
- I possess a strong understanding of APIs and permission-based systems.
- I have a good understanding of software architecture and experience building systems from scratch.
- I am capable of assessing, recommending, and making technical decisions with long-term product strategy in mind.
- I have strong technical project leadership skills and experience working with clients.
- I communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships well.
- I hold a degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
- Experience with RBAC systems would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- I will collaborate with the CTO on the overall design and architecture of the product's tech stack, focusing on Greenfield applications.
- I will engage in hands-on architecture, design, and coding, including complex business logic, authentication, and security aspects.
- I will work across the full tech stack to create the beta product, actively contributing to both backend and frontend development.
Description
- I have the flexibility to work from home most of the time, with the company office based in London where I will join every three weeks. Occasionally, I will visit clients in the South West to gather requirements and liaise on bespoke product development. - I can expect a salary up to £120k, an equity shares package, and a role that is impactful with excellent progression opportunities.
