Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- I have experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.
- I am familiar with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- I possess meticulous attention to detail.
- I am collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or another STEM discipline is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
- I will be a key member of an Agile engineering team responsible for developing one of our flagship insurance products.
- My focus will be on testing the AI elements of the product, as well as full stack testing using tools such as Cypress.

Our working arrangement offers flexibility with a hybrid model, allowing me to work from home three days a week while joining colleagues in the Reigate office twice weekly for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings. In this role, I will receive a competitive salary of up to £85k plus a bonus (c. 15%), along with various perks and benefits, including enhanced parental leave, 25 days holiday (plus buy days and my birthday off), pension, health care, life assurance, training and career development, and social events.
