Must:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in building enterprise-grade systems that are reliable, secure, maintainable, and observable. You should have strong skills in TypeScript and Node.js backend development, with experience in Python being desirable for data-related work. Familiarity with building event-driven systems and public APIs is essential. You should appreciate SaaS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud infrastructure; experience in GCP is preferred, but AWS experience is also acceptable. Some experience with frontend work using React or similar frameworks is a plus. You must thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous start-up environment where priorities can shift. A keen interest in using AI tools to enhance efficiency is beneficial. Strong collaboration and communication skills are key.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a small team of technologists and successful entrepreneurs to design and implement intelligent solutions that address our business needs. Your focus will primarily be on TypeScript and Node backend systems, with opportunities for occasional frontend work. You will help maintain best practices through participation in code reviews and contribute to sound engineering practices while sharing your knowledge with the team.
