Requirements
Must:
- I require advanced SQL and Databricks experience.
- I seek candidates with experience in cloud-based environments, preferably Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A background in Agile development environments is necessary.
- I value collaboration and excellent communication skills.
- Ideally, you will have some experience in an accountancy or finance environment.
Responsibilities
- In your role as a Senior Data Engineer, you will join a newly formed team focused on customer-facing reporting on large data sets, processing 120 billion lines of data per day.
- You will primarily work with advanced SQL and Databricks in Azure, involving data modeling and low-level data design work.
- As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to technical discussions and strategic decision-making, as well as mentor mid-level data engineers.
