Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of media broadcasting technology
- Strong C++ development skills (C++ 11 / C++ 17, moving to C++ 20)
- Experience with hands-on technical leadership
- Ability to mentor and provide project leadership
- Good knowledge of SQL
- QT experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and Computer Science fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns)
- Collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features and improvements on core automation playout/scheduling software
- Work across the full software development lifecycle
- Mentor team members and promote development best practices
- Champion the use of reviews and latest technologies, tools, and techniques
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
