Must:

- Ability to interpret customer data and insights
- Comfortable presenting, discussing products, and engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Understanding of NPD processes and ingredient functionality
Responsibilities
- Act as a product development and ingredient expert across nuts, seeds, and dried fruit categories
- Support the commercial team with creative insight and product innovation
- Understand customer briefs and translate technical and creative requirements into solutions
- Present concepts, insights, and product proposals directly to customers on site visits
- Stay up to date with market trends across bakery, snacks, cereals, and healthier ingredients
Description
We are a company that supplies a variety of products to a wide range of customers, focusing on delivering quality and meeting client needs. The Product Developer role is based in Essex, offering a salary of approximately £45,000 depending on experience. We expect candidates to live in or near Essex and be able to travel monthly for customer visits. Our working hours are Monday to Friday during usual office hours.
