Technical Lead

We are a fast-growing HR software company, looking for a Technical Lead for our Customer Integration Team with client-facing experience, who can lead and mentor technical teams, particularly in API development and integrations. Our cutting-edge HRIS platform streamlines various processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. We experienced a 25% growth last year and are expanding our team. In this Customer-Facing role, you will lead a small engineering team focused on delivering bespoke third-party integrations for our HR and Payroll customers. You will provide consultative guidance, assist customers in understanding and scoping their requirements, and support software engineers through design, development, and testing of robust and maintainable solutions while overseeing the technical strategy for integrations. This position is remote-first, but we require UK-based applicants for essential company events, including quarterly travel to London or Glasgow for team meetings and satellite events every six months for whole-company gatherings.
