Requirements
Must:
I am looking for an experienced Network and Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in 2nd and some 3rd line support. You should possess knowledge of LAN and WAN, as well as proficiency in Windows infrastructure and support. It is essential to have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a polite and personable demeanor. A full clean driving license for occasional travel and a valid passport for potential travel to European locations are required. Any exposure to Ubiquity, Cambium, or FortiGate would be a plus, but it is not essential.
Responsibilities
As part of our busy team, you will be responsible for the configuration and support of the site's networking and infrastructure services, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, CCTV, Windows, Azure, Intune, and Defender. You will serve as the main contact for high-profile individuals within our major site, implementing and supporting complex networks and infrastructure. Your role will involve the integration and optimization of CCTV systems within the network as well. You are expected to support network and infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to tackle challenges.
