Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer providing all levels of IT support, preferably in a Media, Not-for-Profit, or SME organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Admin Centre, Entra, Azure Portal, Endpoint Manager, Defender, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related platforms.
- Experience in Azure cloud computing administration (Azure Administrator Associate is desirable).
- Security incident response experience (CompTIA Security certification is ideal).
- Experience managing software installations.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to a diverse range of staff with varying levels of computer literacy.
- Educated to degree level.
- Strong logical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation/record keeping abilities.
- Driven to self-learn and develop in-depth knowledge of IT systems and security.
- A positive, proactive, solution-seeking attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage to pinpoint problems and explain solutions or alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, configure, and deliver secure cloud services in a cloud-first Microsoft 365 environment.
- Define and deliver technology change projects for end-users, focusing on cloud services and security.
- Provide service-focused IT support, including hardware and software support for 1st to 3rd lines, assisting 45 staff and customers both onsite and remotely.
