Infrastructure Engineer

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer providing all levels of IT support, preferably in a Media, Not-for-Profit, or SME organization. - Proficiency in Microsoft Admin Centre, Entra, Azure Portal, Endpoint Manager, Defender, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related platforms. - Experience in Azure cloud computing administration (Azure Administrator Associate is desirable). - Security incident response experience (CompTIA Security certification is ideal). - Experience managing software installations. - Commitment to providing exceptional service to a diverse range of staff with varying levels of computer literacy. - Educated to degree level. - Strong logical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and documentation/record keeping abilities. - Driven to self-learn and develop in-depth knowledge of IT systems and security. - A positive, proactive, solution-seeking attitude with a strong work ethic. - Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure. - Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage to pinpoint problems and explain solutions or alternatives.
