Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in Business Application Support. You should have a strong background in Business Applications Software (such as SaaS systems like HR, Payroll, LMS, Recruitment, Finance, CRM, or ERP), SAP Business One, or Microsoft Dynamics. Proficiency with SQL or Python is essential. You must also have experience in logging and supporting tickets, prioritization, case, and issue management. A degree level education is required. We value individuals who can think logically, have excellent problem-solving skills, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
As our Application Support Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for supporting our tailored SAP Business One systems, Power BI dashboards, and bespoke systems. You'll be responsible for analyzing the SAP database and other data sources to troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and identify inconsistencies while working closely with both internal teams and external partners. You will transform user requests into insightful reports and data solutions to help drive our business forward. Additionally, you will support critical operational processes, contribute to development plans, document changes, coordinate fixes with third-party SAP providers, test new features and updates before they go live, and collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges.
