Product Owner

### We expect you to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand our ecosystem and how each system is integrated, enabling you to create precise user stories. While you might have experience as a systems analyst or business analyst with a technical background, development experience is not necessary. - Experience in the hospitality industry or with software similar to Zonal’s is a plus. - Prior experience owning a product and contributing to roadmaps is beneficial. - Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) products is important. - Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently. - A “can do/will do” attitude focused on timely results. - Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiating and working with peers, seniors, and customers. - Strong multitasking abilities considering customer, product strategy, and technical priorities. - A hands-on approach to responsibilities, contributing to team projects and assuming personal responsibility for their success. - A blend of business and technical savvy, with the vision and drive to implement it. - Strong planning and organizational skills to adapt efficiently to changes and meet objectives. - A focus on customer service to understand and respond to internal and external needs. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to analyze information to solve problems and make balanced decisions. - A commercial focus and understanding of business issues facing the company. - A commitment to attaining results with a positive attitude and ensuring quality in your work. ###
