- You will enjoy a fast-paced development environment and have experience in building software.
- You should have worked in environments with Software as a Service (SaaS) products and those in the cloud.
- Excellent analysis skills are necessary to understand business processes and how each system is integrated to inform user stories.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to engage with peers, seniors, subordinates, and customers, and to negotiate through conflicts.
- A unique blend of business and technical savvy is essential, along with a big-picture vision and drive to realize it.
- You should be adept at multi-tasking, balancing customer needs, product strategy, and technical priorities.
Additionally, the following skills would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of EPOS systems or the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Delphi programming.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Understanding of APIs.

Responsibilities
- Work with the delivery team and stakeholders to define, document, and break down features and user stories.
- Understand the customer’s problem and scope of work to ensure delivery of high-quality and high-value features without unnecessary scope creep.
- Become an expert in your product area and serve as the go-to contact for stakeholders and other teams.
- Contribute to and implement the product strategy and relevant commercial business cases.
- Undertake Business Analysis tasks to the required level of detail to support commercial business cases and the Software Development team.
- Follow Lean and Agile principles while closely collaborating with the delivery team and across the business.
- Evaluate client requests, end-user insights, industry drivers, and competitor capabilities to identify enhancements.
- Assess regulatory changes to understand how they should be accommodated.
- Manage product roadmap priorities to ensure development work is effectively prioritized.
- Collaborate with Sales and industry consultants on RFPs and sales initiatives.
- Work with Marketing to clearly communicate the value of the product and overall solution.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leaders and functional teams to ensure product success.
