Product Owner

- Proven experience of 8 years in AI product and AI-enabled initiatives. - Experience with backlog ownership and prioritisation across multiple concurrent initiatives. - Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria (functional and non-functional). - Strong command of Agile / Scrum processes (grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retros). - Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, engineering, architecture, and AI teams. - Ability to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs. - Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. - Mandatory working knowledge and active involvement in AI & Automation skills. - Understanding of AI-enabled features such as GenAI, automation, analytics, and decision support. - Ability to translate business needs into AI-ready requirements. - Familiarity with AI concepts including prompt-based systems, LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and defining AI success metrics. - High-level understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), and data pipelines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with UK enterprise clients. - Ability to explain AI and technical concepts in simple, outcome-focused language. - Experience participating in client workshops, demos, and reviews. - Confidence working with senior stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Client leadership). - AI-curious and learning-oriented mindset with a self-driven learning approach. - Strong ownership and accountability skills. - Pragmatic, delivery-first approach. - Collaborative and comfortable operating across teams and geographies. - Experience in consulting or services-led environments. - Exposure to enterprise or regulated domains. - Relevant certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO, or Agile preferred. - Prior experience working on AI pilots or automation programs. - Educated to at least degree level or equivalent.
