Requirements
Must:
- 6 years of professional experience in Dart programming
- Strong knowledge of state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)
- Experience with API integration and networking
- Proficiency in version control systems (GitLab/Git)
- Debugging and testing expertise
- Solid understanding of application architecture and coding principles
- Knowledge of application security practices
- Experience in performance optimization for mobile apps
- Familiarity with app release processes (Play Store & App Store)
- Exposure to Flutter SDK and IDEs (Android Studio/Visual Studio with Dart plugins) is advantageous but secondary
- Must be educated to at least degree level or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to clarify and refine application requirements
- Contribute technical insights during requirement discussions
- Implement new features and enhancements aligned with business needs
- Consistently deliver functional components of varying complexity
- Produce clean, maintainable, and scalable Dart code
- Apply established design patterns and adhere to coding conventions
- Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production
- Ensure timely fixes to maintain application stability
- Participate in design reviews for new features and bug fixes
- Influence overall architecture and technical direction
- Apply secure coding practices and follow industry security standards
- Stay informed about emerging risks and mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure reliability
- Work with QA teams to validate features before release
- Use GitLab for source control and collaboration
- Review peer code and contribute to team discussions
- Support the deployment process and release management
- Stay current with Dart advancements and mobile development best practices
- Recommend improvements in tooling, processes, and performance
