IT Enterprise Architect

- I am responsible for the technical architecture applied for the implementation of end-to-end Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services (Wintel, Linux, DB, Storage, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, Workplace, Office 365, Cloud, Security, SIEM, etc.). - I interact with the Customer Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment with reference architecture, guidelines, principles, policies, and technology standards. - I handle applications and infrastructure architecture discussions with customers. - I develop a vision and roadmap for Infra, Cloud & Security Services aligned with customer needs. - I proactively bring new and innovative technical and service solution suggestions as required by the agreement. - I ensure compliance of services and technology with internal and external rules and policies. - I develop new solutions to meet business requirements for technology and service architectures. - I understand and select tools for service delivery performance measurements. - I develop and maintain IT architecture frameworks to support business goals. - I define roadmaps, standards, and best practices for IT infrastructure and operations. - I lead cloud migration strategies and optimize Azure and AWS environments. - I ensure network security, compliance, and risk management across IT systems. - I collaborate with Service Desk and End User Computing teams to enhance user experience and support efficiency. - I architect and implement Azure and AWS cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. - I oversee Unix and Windows server environments for optimal configuration and security. - I design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data. - I evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve IT efficiency. - I develop and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management. - I conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to protect enterprise assets. - I ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - I define and implement IT support strategies to improve service desk efficiency. - I optimize end-user computing environments, including device management and software deployment. - I lead automation initiatives to streamline IT operations and enhance user experience. - I work with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals. - I provide technical leadership and mentor IT teams on emerging technologies. - I manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
