Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience of building and deploying 23 agent-based systems in production
- Experience with Agent Orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI
- Proficiency in agentic coding tools like Claude Code CLI, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex
- Familiarity with RAG & Vector Stores like Chroma, Weaviate, and Pinecone
- Knowledge of LLM APIs & SDKs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for backend development
- Experience with Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of API & System Integration methods including REST, gRPC, and Kafka
- Experience with MCP / Shared Context frameworks like CLAUDE.md
- Familiarity with agent evaluation techniques for testing and debugging
- Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps practices including Git and containerization
- Strong client communication skills, capable of presenting architecture clearly to CXOs
- Must hold at least a degree or equivalent education
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI-native programs from architecture to production deployment
- Design and build multi-agent orchestration systems using relevant tools
- Integrate agent systems with enterprise surfaces such as APIs, ERPs, and CRMs
- Define agent topology including tool routing and state management
- Run workflows using agentic coding tools and guide project development
- Debug non-deterministic agent outputs systematically
- Translate business problems into agent architectures for global stakeholders
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution reviews with client teams
- Prepare and present technical proposals and roadmaps
- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to raising engineering quality
- Stay current by evaluating new models and frameworks
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reusable frameworks
