Requirements
Must:
- Field-based customer service engineering experience
- Knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, IP Networks, and WIFI)
- Ability to manage own diary and workload
- EPOS knowledge is desirable (training will be provided)
- Full Manual Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys
- Install, test, and configure EPOS systems, including structured cable testing
- Perform planned maintenance
- Diagnose faults and swap out units
- Troubleshoot faults on computer WIFI networks
- Reimage PCs, perform data copies, and carry out system updates
