Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience leading a software team or having direct reports
- Proficiency in software development skills, particularly in C++ and QT
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows development environments
- Experience working with RF and/or FPGA products/devices
- Understanding of Agile Working Methodologies
- Experience with stakeholder management and liaising with third parties
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering
- Eligibility for Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- I will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- I will oversee projects throughout the entire software development life cycle, from initial design to final implementation, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- I will establish and maintain software development procedures to enhance team effectiveness and product quality.
- I will drive innovation by leading the development of new products.
- I will manage the software build process, ensuring that systems and applications are properly developed and released.
Description
As a Hands-On Software Team Lead based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, I will be offering a salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience.
