Requirements
Must:
- I have previously led a software team or had direct reports.
- I possess software development skills in C#, .NET, and WPF Application Development.
- I am experienced in using source-code control systems (Git).
- I have developed software in a Windows OS Environment.
- I hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- I will oversee projects through the entire software development life cycle, from initial design to final implementation, ensuring quality and timelines.
- I will establish and maintain software development procedures to enhance team effectiveness and product quality.
- I will drive innovation by leading the development of new software products.
- I will manage the software build process, ensuring that systems and applications are properly developed and released.
Description
I am offering a role as a Hands-On Software Manager in Bristol with a salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience. The working arrangement is three days on-site per week. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving software projects from conception through to completion.
